I purchased a pair of "Premium Quality leather Knee-High Boots for my daughter for Christmas, they look like Scottish Highlander boots, something she has always wanted. They were shipped 11/17/2018 but I didn't get them till a week before Christmas.

My daughter was so excited but when she opened them up and put one on a button on the boot that you wrap the lace around just fell off, barely touched it and it fell off...of course when you go to their web site and click on returns you completely lose your computer and have to reboot.

I have been super lucky with purchases over the years and try to pay close attention to who I'm dealing with, usually I will not buy anything that has to come from China and will be very diligent from now on not to ever again!!! Amazon Prime is the only way I will ever shop on line again...

Reason of review: Bad quality.

I didn't like: Fact that i cannot contact customer support, False advertising, Customer service unable to obtain refund.
